C1100 copper strip performance and some applications:
C1100 copper strip is easy to produce hydrogen embrittlement in hydrogen-containing reduction medium, commonly known as hydrogen disease, so it is not suitable for processing and use in high temperature reduction medium above 370 degrees Celsius: its strength will be improved below -250 degrees Celsius.
C1100 copper tape is cathode remelted copper, which has high electric and thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance and processing properties, can be welded and brazed.
C1100 copper belt is mainly used as electrical, thermal and corrosion resistant components, such as wire and cable, conductive screws, housing and various conduits and aviation industry.
